Welcome to Loot2x (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Loot2x mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using Loot2x, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your region, to use Loot2x. By accessing the Platform, you confirm you meet this requirement.
2. About Loot2x
Loot2x is a rewards-based entertainment platform offering mini-games, tasks, competitive leaderboards, and various reward modules. Loot2x doesnot offer gambling, betting, or games of chance requiring payment.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining your account’s security. Any activity performed using your account credentials will be considered your responsibility. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
4. Rewards and Earnings
Rewards may include gems, digital tokens, points, or cash-equivalent payouts. Reward amounts, availability, and eligibility requirements may change at any time. Loot2x reserves the right to review and void rewards gained through fraudulent or abusive activities.
5. Cashouts
Cashouts require meeting the minimum threshold and may be subject to verification checks, regional limitations, and third-party payment processing timelines. Loot2x is not responsible for delays caused by external payment partners.
6. Tasks & Third-Party Offers
Tasks and offers are provided by external partners. Loot2x cannot control partner tracking, availability, or verification delays. Rewards for tasks are only issued once partners confirm valid completion.
7. Booster Memberships
Boosters are optional upgrades that increase earning potential. Booster purchases are non-refundable once activated.
8. Referrals
You may refer friends using your unique referral link. Referral rewards are granted when invited users stay active, particularly when they purchase or renew Booster memberships. Loot2x may modify referral rewards at any time.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in:
- Using VPNs, emulators, bots, or automated tools
- Manipulating tasks, offers, or game results
- Creating multiple or fake accounts
- Attempting unauthorized access or exploiting system vulnerabilities
- Any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
Violations may result in suspension, reward forfeiture, or permanent account termination.
10. Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other content on Loot2x belong to Loot2x or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Loot2x is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not responsible for:
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Loss of data or account access
- Errors from external offer providers or partners
- Delays caused by payment processors
- Damages resulting from use of third-party services
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to us, if any.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time if we suspect fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following changes means you accept the updated Terms.
