This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for digital products, Booster memberships, and other services purchased through Loot2x (“Platform”). By using Loot2x, you agree to this Policy.
1. Booster Memberships
All Booster purchases are non-refundable. Once activated, your benefits begin immediately, and we cannot reverse or refund the purchase.
2. Digital Rewards & In-App Purchases
Gems, scratch cards, or any digital items earned or purchased through Loot2x are final and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred.
3. Task & Offer Rewards
Rewards for tasks and offers depend on confirmation from third-party partners. If a partner does not track or verify completion, we cannot issue refunds or manual credit unless confirmation is received.
4. Duplicate or Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe a transaction was made in error, duplicate, or unauthorized, contact us within 48 hours. We will review the request and may request additional verification.
5. Payment Processor Errors
Payments go through third-party processors. Any delays, failures, or technical issues on their side are outside our control. Refunds for such cases must be handled directly with the processor where required.
6. Cashout Issues
Cashouts cannot be reversed once processed. Ensure your payment details are correct before submitting a withdrawal request.
7. Fraud & Policy Violations
Accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity are not eligible for refunds—partial or full.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform means you accept any updated terms.
